To address the common issue of longer
front brims found in many existing products
that cast shadows on the face, the pattern
was meticulously refined multiple times.
The front brim is intentionally shortened,
and added volume at the forehead allows
the hat to complement a wide variety of face shapes.
An adjustable strap at the back enables
a customized fit according to head circumference.
Made from a high-density
Ecosa cotton–poly blend fabric (45’s yarn),
the material is resistant to stains,
wrinkles easily less, and maintains its shape
well even after washing making it
an excellent choice for chef wear.
