EDIYA COFFEE LAB
We’ve been collaborating with Aimont,
the workwear design lab, for a long time,
but this is our first time introducing EDIYA Coffee Lab.

Fifteen years ago, when the Korean coffee scene
was dominated by large franchises,
EDIYA Coffee was already leading the way in the industry.
Now, after 15 years of focusing solely on coffee,
EDIYA has opened a new coffee lab near Eonju Station
in Gangnam, dedicated to research and innovation in coffee.

Not only does the lab serve high-quality
coffee roasted on-site,
but it also features drip coffee demonstrations
by some of the country’s top baristas.
With its impressive scale, the café quickly attracted
significant attention upon opening.
Combined with a bakery, delicious coffee,
and a sophisticated atmosphere,
EDIYA Coffee has more than enough to win hearts.
We’re excited to introduce it in collaboration with Aimont.

you can choose your favorite type of coffee and
have it prepared by a top-notch barista.
The baristas’ aprons stand out, combining vintage
washed fabrics with the luxury of real leather
